Spartan First Runs

I took advantage of the fantastic spring weather the other day and got to try the Spartan. I ran it on 5s. It's plenty fast on 5s (it can also run on 4s or 6s). I managed to flip it over once, which was unfortunate. However, thankfully I had chosen my location based on the wind direction so all I had to do is wait a minute or two for the wind to bring it close enough to shore to grab it. There is a large piece of foam in the bow of the boat so that it doesn't sink, which is why it floats with bow in the air.

Anyway, it was an enjoyable experience and I look forward to running it some more. I had no issues with anything getting too warm, or the water cooling jacket on the motor leaking.
